How We Build Your Case

We know that each case is different, but there are a few normal steps we use to prepare in every instance.

This includes:

Reviewing the order of events chronologically and presenting the story in the same timeline as the events happened
Putting any exhibits in the same order, so that they can be easily introduced and discussed
Meeting with the client to review their testimony
Making sure that the client has a good idea of what will happen with the case

Once we have everything in order, we then go over the finer details of what will happen with the court and how and when to expect everything to be filed. By following the same process for each case, we avoid common pitfalls and have a good idea of what to look for. This helps out each case and points out the obvious problems so we can deal with them as soon as possible.

We try to make sure that the client understands that hiding a problem does not resolve the problem. So we do everything we can to root out the issues, address them, and then minimize the damages as much as we can.
